Position Specific Coaching for 7-11 year olds
Our UEFA and FA qualified coaches here at the Foundation of Light are highly experienced in delivering position specific coaching courses for youngsters.
Each session is delivered with an emphasis on improving technical aspects and put into pressure situations.
Art of Defending
We look at how defenders should organise themselves, how they should react in different defensive situations including controlling the ball in pressure situations. Become a nightmare for the strikers.
Rule the Midfield
A midfielder needs to be an all rounder, whether it is attacking or defending. We will look at supporting defence and passing the ball up field to strikers. They need vision, including where and when to pass.
Striker - Fox in the Box
We all know the role of a striker is to score goals, with our Fox in the Box, we look at that and more! Being creative, losing defenders, finding new spaces, converting opportunities so hitting the back of the net becomes a habit.
